After installing the fglrx drivers libGL errors are reported
libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found
libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast
These errors are preventing kubuntu (KDE) from starting giving the error
Your graphics hardware does not support OpenGL (ES) 2. Plasma will
abort now.
