[Bug 555079] Re: supertux2 crashed with SIGSEGV in __dynamic_cast()
This was fixed in 2014. [Bug 1717388] [NEW] Duplicate lines created when copying csv file from a windows shared folder through Virtualbox
Public bug reported: Running: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS System: Virtualbox VM When copying a large csv file (30-40 columns with strange characters, null bytes, etc.) from a shared folder with windows through vbox to Ubuntu, the data is corrupted in a strange way. Some of the lines are repeated further down. The original csv still in the shared folder opens fine, so this doesn't appear to be a problem with LibreOffice or Ubuntu's ability to view shared files, it looks like a copying error with nautilus. Copying using 'cp' through the terminal works without issue. [Bug 1256038] Re: Please merge msva-perl 0.9.2-1 (universe) from debian unstable
msva-perl (0.9.2-1ubuntu1) trusty; urgency=low * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes: - Provide an upstart user session job. It works like this: - Start monkeysphere-validation-agent before starting the session (on starting xsession-init) - Because msva-perl stays in the foreground, we can't export its environment variable (which it prints on standard output). - It also has a mode in which it can take a child to run. The agent keeps running as long as the child is running. - Provide a child which runs `initctl set-env' to set the environment variable. - It turns out that upstart continues the job started as soon as it has executed the main script. This means that the session is started before the `initctl set-env' has had a chance to run. So make the child script emit an event after running set-env which a *second*, empty, job (msva-block) waits for and blocks the session start. -- Roy Jamison xtee...@googlemail.com Thu, 28 Nov 2013 16:10:16 + ** Changed in: msva-perl (Ubuntu) Status: In Progress = Confirmed ** Changed in: msva-perl (Ubuntu) Assignee: Roy Jamison (xteejx) = (unassigned) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1256038 Title: Please merge msva-perl 0.9.2-1 (universe) from debian unstable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/msva-perl/+bug/1256038/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 189090] [NEW] [needs-packaging] ManDVD
Public bug reported: ManDVD is a tool to create DVD videos playable in any DVD Player. It boasts features such as chapter editing, menu creation, buttons, and more in a very easy to use interface, much like Nero. I think this being brought into Ubuntu would make so many people's lives easier when making DVDs instead of using Devede, K3b or Brasero, there are more features and options, and it's REALLY easy to use Link : http://www.getdeb.net/app/ManDVD This is already built for Feisty and Gutsy in 32 and 64 bit versions, any chance we could have this in Hardy, and supported by the community? I have looked at your output, the problem seems to be naming conventions e.g. this expects gtk+-X.x whereas Ubuntu uses gtk2.0-binver-2.10.0, changing this in the configure file (or control if debian package) should fix the problem.
