Hi Steve, I am talking about the animation with Ubuntu logo and dots below it showing progress. I have seen this problem since I updated from 13.10 to 14.04 beta. I first thought this might be because of AMD graphics drivers (fglrx) but when I upgraded ubuntu running on virtual machine from 13.10 to 14.04 (this virtual machine is hosted on a PC running windows 7 using Virtual Box), the same problem persists. I waited long enough for final release, still no fix in 14.04 final for the same. Checkout bug screenshot, you'll see what is visible before animation.
