[Bug 894515] Re: Samsung NP700Z5A elantech touchpad not fully recognised

2012-02-03 Thread Sda1986
double finger rightclick work awesome to me! I love it much more than
real right click! pinch to zoom work in some programs too, like images
viewer. I think it's a bit difficult to drag and drop. Maybe could be
more easy if you can keep press with one finger and drag with the other
one. I have no idea how mac users drag and drop with the no botton
touchpad (like in the last version) but here I cannot press with one
finger and move with other.

I have Kernel 3.2.2 normal compiling.

Thanks!

[Bug 387777] [NEW] no power set make ati mobility hot

2009-06-16 Thread Sda1986
Public bug reported:

Hi I have this problem, I have an asus F3jp with Ati Radeon Mobility x1700.
I install ubuntu 9.04, but I can't install catalyst 9.3 cause xorg1.6 work only
with catalyst 9.4.

Catalyst 9.4 is only for now HD video card and so don't support my video
card.

There isn't problem with GUI or Compiz with Radeon or RadeonHD open drive, but
both drive don't have powerset! so my video card work full power always!
This make my battery life short and make my laptop very noisy cause full speed
fan and very very very HOT!

Anybody know how set the power of my video card low? I don't need all
video card power. For youtube and some film i think minimum power is
enought!
