Hi, The command 'sudo lsusb -v' do not solve the problem. The problem persist... Hi, I've installed Ubuntu-Gnome 16.04 yesterday on my HP-ProDesk-PC, dual boot with Windows 10. This computer has four USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports. Same problem here with Ubuntu partition, not in Windows 10 partition. My external Toshiba HDD seems to have power, it is rotating and blinking, but it is recognized immediately only on USB 2.0 ports, not in USB 3.0 ports. After rebooting system, USB 3.0 ports works fine but only just one time. If you unmount the device the problem starts again. Hi, I'm in the same trouble. I can't use skype or aMSN, and voice recorder doesn't work too. Last month I installed Alsa utilities from medibuntu repository but it was a disaster because Hardy crashed completelly and I had to reinstall Ubuntu. Any idea what could we do? Thanks for your help.
