[Bug 156364] Re: Nautilus' background does not follow theme
Pedro, this is not a bug in the theme. The problem is somewhere else and I'm guessing Nautilus since every other application follows the selected theme. [Bug 156364] Re: Nautilus' background does not follow theme
Pedro, good point about being a new user. I tested high contrast inverse theme as a new user and it looked different. So, some configuration must be wrong on this account. [Bug 45739] Re: Loud startup noise during boot
Lowering the volume isn't the right answer for this bug since for example the live / installer dvd could be used in places where silence is wanted. I don't have any hot keys on my laptop to control volume and even if I did, I would still need to know and remember that there will be a sound so I could react on it. I am suggesting that either booting and login have no sounds as default or that there should be an option in the media boot menu which mutes sounds. I think latter option is better. -- Loud startup noise during boot https://launchpad.net/bugs/45739 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
