So I've detached all external devices and booted again, same results. So I've ran bootchart an I get a graph but it doesn't make any sense to me, if you need it please ask for it. I've also seen when I start Ubuntu in a tekst based mode; Buffer I/O error on device fd0a couple of times after each other. I know that I have an onboard Intel video card. Perhaps that's conflicting with my Nvidia GTX 260 video card (with installed driver). I've attached the lspci and dmesg output in one file here. So I'm kinda stuck here. If you need more info please ask or say it to me if I'm doing stupid things.
