[Bug 1156787] [NEW] recommend optional dependancies
Public bug reported: Hi all. I am using the ppa package but the universe one has the same issue. Is it possible to set the optional dependancies (unique 0.9, libnotify, GTK+ 3.0, gcr, zeitgeist) as recommonded packages and not mandatory ones? I would like to remove zeitgeist and midori is the only packaqe preventing me and I would also like to keep midori. ** Affects: midori (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1156787 Title: recommend optional dependancies To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/midori/+bug/1156787/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Public bug reported: I am using ruby-gstreamer on Lubuntu 11.10 and PackageKit seems to failed (see the output below). [Bug 917872] Re: PackageKit not provided
I guess I had no PackageKit frontend. After Installing gnome-packagekit package I have an other error (timeout: see below).
