[Bug 907315] [NEW] Polish translation in backup tool
Public bug reported: Package installed on my system: 20.1-0ubuntu0.2 (apparently latest for Ubuntu 11.10). In the Files tab of deja-dup there are two folder lists - one should be for files to back up and the other for files that should be excluded. In the Polish version both have the description Folders to back up, which is quite confusing. ** Affects: deja-dup (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/907315 Title: Polish translation in backup tool To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/deja-dup/+bug/907315/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 874771] Re: software center doesn't asks for password, and thus it can't install or remove programs
Hey, did anyone figure out how to have both working? I also have the problem that after setting up the fingerprint scanner it conflicts with the Ubuntu software center. [Bug 295490] Re: Liferea doesn't start with Aborted error.
As Corneil mentioned, in case someone is having problems with this lately, in my case it was the upgrade to the nightly build of Firefox 3.6 To solve this I rolled back to the older version (removed the nightly repository, removed Firefox and installed it again), then I had to find xulrunner, version 1.9.0 in the software manager, click on it and use the option Force version. For me it was the version 1.9.0.19 that worked (I'm on Ubuntu 9.04). -- Liferea doesn't start with Aborted error. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/295490 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 292585] Re: Evolution Mail Notification has no sound
Hi guys, after I couldn't make this work, here's my dirty workaround for the problem: * Somewhere in your home directory (for me it's ~/Programs/) create a new file, for example: touch play_email_sound * Edit the file with your favourite editor and put this in (replace the path of course): #! /bin/bash aplay /full/path/to/soundfile.wav * Make the script executable: chmod a+x play_email_sound * Go to Evolution, create a new incoming mail rule, for example Sound - The criteria should be something like fits all (don't know what the English version will say), unless you want it to play sounds only for specific accounts or senders - The action for the rule should be Run program and pick your newly created script from the list (there's also a Play sound action, but since the Evolution one doesn't play, this one didn't work for me either) - Save the rule and put it on the very top of the rule list * Send a message to yourself and grab a beer until it comes in Cheers, Wojtek -- Evolution Mail Notification has no sound https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/292585 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
