Ok, so I tested the 4.14 patch by suspending once. So I wrote a patch for 4.14. [1] I have not tested it, as I don't know how to start my xfce4-session. startxfce4 should maybe have some configuration options to point it to another xfce4-session. [Bug 279112] Re: Linux Firefox 3.03 wont work with hotmail
I had noticed a difference in using Ubuntu Live CD and 8.04 install. With the Live CD user, Firefox included 3.0b; Hotmail full version works fine and includes the 'check-mail' button but not so with the install.
