[Bug 302570] Re: g-p-m doesn't save charge and discharge profiles
my new eeepc 1000h is also affected by this bug; using jaunty beta, all packages are updated i hope the fix will make it to 9.04 -- g-p-m doesn't save charge and discharge profiles https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/302570 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 346840] Re: Buddy List taskbar icon shows on all virtual desktops
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 340366 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/340366 i just upgraded ibex to jackalope beta and noticed this bug before filling a new bug-report i searched for already reported bugs on pidgin and found this one the description fits perfectly what i wanted to report, thus i think the bug the author of this one reported is still present please, fix this one; it's annoying to see the pidgin's buddy list 'button' on the taskbar present on all workspaces even if it's only, really, present on one of them thanks -- Buddy List taskbar icon shows on all virtual desktops https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/346840 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 76449] Re: Cannot sort static playlists
it's a shame a thing like this one requires YEARS to be done; it's still present in rhythmbox 0.11.6 / ubuntu 8.10 intrepid ibex ubuntu should, probably, select another default music player [because this one, rhythmobx, doesn't even have an equalizer, or simple playlist sorting, or...]; even mp3blaster it's a smarter choice [my 0.02$ ] -- Cannot sort static playlists https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/76449 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 192382] Re: alsamixer broken in hardy - intel hda

[Bug 45021] Re: including omnibook module would help with ACPI support on HP laptops
i really don't understand why the bluetooth driver in omnibook module isn't pulled out and merged to the kernel tree; it happens to make many internal bluetooth devices work [at least in hp and toshiba laptops] if this will not happen too soon, at least ubuntu kernel team could build it for all of us having one of [many] laptops out there using this [omnibook] just to turn on the bluetooth in our laptops [hoping.. the hope is the last to die] -- including omnibook module would help with ACPI support on HP laptops https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/45021 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

hello Islam Badrel-Dein, i was happy enough seeing the module problem solved to notice that wlan isn't quite working; i should have said works as expected only after at least one wireless succesfully established connection [i was using the wired connection and haven't switched to wireless immediately after module installation to test if it works]; well.. it doesn't work for me either i switched back to stable [gutsy] after that [and some other breackages - bug reported on broked circular dependencies] thanks again for your support -- iwl3945 not functioning : microcode error https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/185470 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Hello Islam Badrel-Dein, firstly i updated all with the last updates and then i followed your instructions [and 1) removed the old 2.6.22* kernel from previously installed stable gutsy - too pitty upgrade didn't handle to do this! -, 2) reinstalled/updated the linux-ubuntu-modules together with the updated version of kernel 2.6.24-10 - i should have thought of doing this but i haven't! -] and now all works as expected thank you, man -- iwl3945 not functioning : microcode error https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/185470 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
