[Bug 2061254] Re: No mic detected - Ubuntu 24.04 Beta

2024-05-21 Thread alef
I have found solution on the internet

https://scatena.co/2024/04/26/mic-fix-
ubunutu-24-04-lenovo-t14s-gen-4-amd

echo -e "snd-pci-ps\nsnd-soc-ps-mach" | sudo tee /etc/modules-
load.d/sound.conf > /dev/null

to force load of snd_pci_ps (Pink Sardine) instead of kernel module
snd_pci_acp6x

inxi -A (after change and reboot)
Audio:
Device-1: AMD Rembrandt Radeon High Definition Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
  Device-2: AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor driver: snd_pci_ps
Device-3: AMD Family 17h/19h HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
  API: ALSA v: k6.8.0-31-generic status: kernel-api
  Server-1: PipeWire v: 1.0.5 status: active

Re: [Bug 124226] Report Needed

2007-07-09 Thread AleF
Sorry Hilario
I'm afraid I can't send you the backtrace: I deleted it because I was
sure I had sent it as an attach. Next time I'll be more careful.

Thank you AleF for submitting this report.

Could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the instructions
on [1], or upload the crash report that probably was generated during
the crash and that should be located at /var/crash/ to [2].

Please indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled; and if
this crash is reproducible describe the steps that lead to it (it is
very important for us to have a test case for each crash).

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

 Thanks in advance.
