[Bug 988509] Re: setoption.pl is not executable
Mario- What you must do: 1) Do NOT click on the link in Lehotzky László's post. 2) See if you can report Lehotzky László as a phisher, or a compromised account 3) Tell the admin at autul-amin.my that their website may be compromised None of us fell for this trick, so we don't know that it is not a virus. Assuming you use Ubuntu, there are very few viruses for Linux, but JavaScript could do bad things; mostly, steal your online information (password, credit card currently in use). However, it sounds like a robot that is trying to get another account (you) to enter your password. If you fell for this, change your password. and any similar passwords. Warning signs: autul-amin.my does not have a big reputation. autul-amin.my has nothing to do with Google docs. autul-amin.my is not using SSL (https) Lehotzky László has not contributed much to Launchpad.net and more; these are ones that are difficult to circumvent -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/988509 Title: setoption.pl is not executable To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/samba4/+bug/988509/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
