Public bug reported: The Applications menu doesn't show wine or the wine programs installed. I installed a program with terminal, but it doesn't show up anywhere. I have uninstalled wine and reinstalled wine several times. Public bug reported: After last update to trusty 14.04 upgrade betta, I turned the laptop off. When I turned it back on, I was unable to access wireless or copy files. It said I didn't have authorization. Didn't give any options. I couldn't acess user area to reset password or anything.
