Have updated to latest packages, but a network manager does not show up by default when the desktop loads. If launch nm-applet from a terminal, a network manager applet shows now. Create new wireless network connect to other wireless network dialog disabled all other areas except for the dialog itself. Found the issue in moblin-applets 0.27-0ubuntu3 and network-manager 0.6.6-0ubuntu5 on Hardy Reproduce steps: - 1. Click network configuration icon on status bar. 2. Click Connect to Other Wireless Network..., when the Connect to Other Wireless Network... dialog pops up, try to click soft keyboard to input network name. Click Cancel. 3.
