The printer does nothing. In the 8 minutes the CPU load at 100% but the system responds normally. As of today I have again lags, ie, the C4 state of the CPU is not the cause. But I have discovered a strange behavior. I have the C4 state of my cpu with the kernel option processor.max_cstate = 3 disabled, since I had no problems until now. I have a guess that maybe the sata drivers could be to blame. I get lots of DMA CRC error. I got this error in Rhythmbox. It plays a mp3 for a few seconds with no sound output then I got this error and then Rhythmbox plays the next file with no problems. It happend very random it think 1 per 6 hours and there is no thing what I know to trigger it. It happends during surf the web or watch a movie (DVD) or while I read my emails. I used ubuntu 9.04 since it had alpha status. I have this problem since ubuntu 9.04 is final. With the final I installed the fglrx driver too. I forgot, I got this Problem every restart and I fix this issue with the command xrandr -s 1280x1024 this work from time to time. If this not work then I do it with sudo xrandr -s 1280x1024.
