The printer does nothing. In the 8 minutes the CPU load at 100% but the
system responds normally. For this test I have given only page 101 and

[Bug 658538] Re: mouse cursor lags

2011-01-24 Thread drakesoft
As of today I have again lags, ie, the C4 state of the CPU is not the
cause. But I have discovered a strange behavior. The lags disappear as
soon as the CPU is fully utilized.

@mustail: I'm sorry I have read your message only now. But I think it
has now become obsolete.

[Bug 532586] Re: pa_stream_writable_size() failed: Connection terminated errors not caught by apport

2010-10-11 Thread drakesoft
I got this error in Rhythmbox. It plays a mp3 for a few seconds with no sound
output then I got this error and then Rhythmbox plays the next file with no
problems.
But one strange thing is ... if pavucontrol is open everything works normal.

[Bug 418634] [NEW] Since Kernel update Unreal Tournament detects a wrong cpu freq.

2009-08-25 Thread drakesoft
Public bug reported:

Hello,
since I installed a new Kernel (2.6.28-15-generic) on my Ubuntu 9.04 (64bit)
system I cant play Unreal Tournament 99 (Classic) because the game detect a
wrong cpu freqency (Init: CPU Speed=413.251014 MHz), but the system has a
freqency from 800 mhz to 2400 mhz. With the older kernel (2.6.28-14-generic) it
works perfekt.

[Bug 372812] Re: Ubunutu Freeze at random time for 10-60sek

2009-05-07 Thread drakesoft
It happend very random it think 1 per 6 hours and there is no thing what
I know to trigger it. It happends during surf the web or watch a movie
(DVD) or while I read my emails. I used ubuntu 9.04 since it had alpha
status. I have this problem since ubuntu 9.04 is final. With the final I
installed the fglrx driver too. What I forgot to mention is that I can
move windows during the freeze, but I cant open a new programm or do
some greater things with the opened programms.

[Bug 349593] [NEW] [jaunty] Floppy - read and write fails

2009-03-27 Thread drakesoft
Public bug reported:

System: Ubuntu 9.04 amd64 with updates [ 26.03.09 ]
Everthing I do with a floppydisc fails, I tried it with several disks and
floppy devices:

If I format the floppydisc:
r...@schorsch:/home/maxe# fdformat /dev/fd0
Doppel-seitig, 80 Spuren, 18 Sektoren pro Spur. Gesamtkapazität 1440 kB.
Formatieren … Beendet
Überprüfe ... Problem beim Lesen von Zylinder 1, es wurde 18432 erwartet, aber
2048 gelesen

If I write an Image to a floppydisc:
r...@schorsch:/home/maxe# dd if='/home/maxe/Desktop/DRDFLASH.IMG' of=/dev/fd0
dd: Schreiben in „/dev/fd0“: Input/output error
41+0 Datensätze ein
40+0 Datensätze aus
20480 Bytes (20 kB) kopiert, 3,67766 s, 5,6 kB/s
