Public bug reported:

GNOME Builder built and install from source, install development files
for libied-1.0, at {includedir}/gnome-builder but .deb package doesn't
install all directories and files, required to develop plugins for GNOME
Builder.

This is the location of meson to install headers files.

usr/libied/meson.build#121

Once installed the Debian package, no header files are in place.

[Bug 1409202] [NEW] seahorse authentication fail

2015-01-09 Thread esodan
Public bug reported:

For a long time now, I've receiving messages to authenticate my
installed gnome online accounts, but when I write my passwords it simple
don't recognize them, no matter how many times I write them correctly,
this could be related to seahorse refusing to authenticate as follows.

When I open seahorse and want to unlock Gnome 2 Key Storage, seahorse
refuse to authenticate my personal password. Simply there is no way to
unlock to add new keys.

I've installed Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 diary iso in a virtual machine. I
found this problem is not present on GNOME 3.14 and seahorse 3.14, I've
managed to unlock key store and import certificates.

[Bug 1391045] Re: gnome-shell reset keyboard layout to english randomly

2015-01-09 Thread esodan
You mean nome-settings-daemon 3.12.2-2ubuntu1.

While reading your post I've make an ALT+F2 'r', get my gnome-shell
reset, then found this bug is still there.

After reset my keyboard switched to 'en' and top level applet don't
update current in use layout, but still shows 'es'. I'd had to manually
switch to 'en' then to 'es' in order to get my keyboard in Spanish
layout.

After reset, gnome-shell keep keyboard system default layout.

[Bug 1391045] Re: gnome-shell reset keyboard layout to english randomly

2015-01-09 Thread esodan
As a side note, I've verified same procedure using upcomming Ubutuntu-
GNOME 15.04, by reseting gnome-shell and using a different keyboard
layout (Spanish again), but english locale.

This problem is fixed on 15.04.

May the problem is the different mixup set of package versions used in
Ubuntu-GNOME 14.10

drivers. After a reset I found to be using nouveau driver.

[Bug 1398079] [NEW] gnome-shell unable to response to mouse events

2014-12-01 Thread esodan
Public bug reported:

For a time being, when I start GNOME Shell, in Ubuntu GNOME 14.10, it
works correctly, but a few minutes later upper panel hot top left corner
to access overview doesn't response.

I can't reset because ALT+F2, doesn't work.

Applications some times don't response mouse events. Keyboard events
works, you can navigate GUI using keyboard bindings, like TAB,write and
ENTER.

ALT-TAB works properly.

This problem appear any time I login, meaning the system is unusable.
Now I'm going back to 14.04.

I'm using NVIDIA driver in a MacBook Pro Mid 2014.

[Bug 1391045] [NEW] gnome-shell reset keyboard layout to english randomly

2014-11-09 Thread esodan
Public bug reported:

When working on gnome-shell keyboard is changed to English layout. It is
randomly, but could be reproduced by reseting gnome-sehll using ALT+F2,
r then enter.

As work around, you can add English layout to your system, then a menu
showing you your current layout at top right, if you use Spanish as me,
you see es by default, when layout is changed to English you don't get
any advise in the applet, but you can change to English (en) then back
to Spanish (es) and your keybord gets back to Spanish.

WARNNING:

If keyboard layout is changed while your desktop is blocked requiring
your password to unlock, take in accout that if you use special
characters not present in English layout you can't log-in.

[Bug 1296275] Re: PTP Cameras not working on 14.04, works flawlessly on 12.04

2014-06-11 Thread esodan
After check libgphoto2-6 installed package and
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-libgphoto2-6.rules file it contains:

ACTION!=add, GOTO=libgphoto2_rules_end
SUBSYSTEM!=usb, GOTO=libgphoto2_usb_end
ENV{ID_USB_INTERFACES}==, IMPORT{builtin}=usb_id
ACTION=add, ENV{ID_USB_INTERFACES}==*:060101:*, ENV{ID_GPHOTO2}=1,
ENV{GPHOTO2_DRIVER}=PTP, MODE=0664, GROUP=plugdev

LABEL=libgphoto2_rules_end

This is a little different forme #44, by adding 'ACTION=add, ' before
last ENV{ID_USB_INTERFACES} rule.

[Bug 1048790] [NEW] No vapigen-0.16.pc file is installed

2012-09-10 Thread esodan
Public bug reported:

Installing libvala-0.16-dev just install /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/pkgconfig/libvala-0.16.pc file but not vapigen-0.16.pc

This file is required when generating VAPI files form C sources. M4
macro from Vala git repository checks for 'vapigen' package, this macro
is 'recommended' to be used by all software supporting VAPI integration
but must be installed vapigen-0.16.pc file first.

I can't fix GNOME bug #678647 because I want to port LIBGDA to this new
VAPIGEN's integration.

[Bug 708493] Re: cannot login anymore: Read from socket failed: Connection reset by peer

2011-11-09 Thread esodan
This is the header of my private key:

Proc-Type: 4,ENCRYPTED
DEK-Info: AES-128-CBC,

After AES-128-CBC, theres a large hex number. First what is that
number for? Do you require it too?
