Eso se ha podido causar por: 
* Actualizar a una versión de Ubuntu aún no publicada 
* Estar ejecutando la versión actual, aún no publicada, de Ubuntu 
* Paquetes no oficiales de software no proporcionados por Ubuntu

actually.. the binary for apache is still there but is not installed...

 Ok. That's probably the reason. One of them is listening on port 80 and
 when the other one tries to restart (IIRC they both do that in their
 postinst script) it fails.. The solution is to stop apache and then
 upgrade lighttpd.

 The only real solution to this problem is to tell the user that the
 upgrade failed because something is listening on port 80. There's really
 no actual workaround since installing two webservers, both listening on
 port 80, is not a very good idea to begin with.

nope.. it was installed from repositories..
apache2ctl is in /usr/sbin

don't know really what happened...

anyways, apache2 is not running nor loading at boot time

 I don't understand. The binary is there? Does that mean that you have
 compiled and installed Apache from source?
