[Bug 884088] Re: adding a second e-mail adress in the adress book crashes evolution

2011-12-30 Thread greenhunter
There seems to be a 2. reason for crashing:

If you add an e-mail adresse to one contact and that e-mail is in
another contact before, evolution ALWAYS crash with that error:

`EABContactDisplay'

e-utils-ERROR **: eab-contact-commit-duplicate-detected.ui: Ungültige
Typfunktion in Zeile 61: »eab_contact_display_get_type«

[Bug 884088] Re: adding a second e-mail adress in the adress book crashes evolution

2011-12-30 Thread greenhunter
For example you have 2 contacts.

1. John, j...@g.de
2. John Frankling, j...@hos.com

if you add j...@g.de to #2 the crash will occure. No crash if you delete
#1 before editing #2.

[Bug 363894] Re: evolution crashes always on new mail on another workspace

2009-04-20 Thread greenhunter
Hi Sebastian

I tested evolution on the same computer on a new user account with the
same pop mail account. I did no changes to any other settings in
evolution. Worked finse as should be.

I think it all started with adding a soundfile for mail notifications.
which didn't work at all.

Deavtivating ALL plugins in evo stopped evo from crashing that strange
way. I will go one by one plugin to find which is the reason for the
crash.

[Bug 363894] Re: evolution crashes always on new mail on another workspace

2009-04-20 Thread greenhunter
so at the moment you can close this bug.

First I deactivated all plugins, restarted evolution and activated the
plugins in group of 4 from the last to the first one. Restart of
Evolution with a new mail after restart, switching to another workspace
and waited.

And there was zero crash.

Don't ask me what caused that. At the moment I'm happy that I can't
reproduce the bug myself.

[Bug 347119] [NEW] [update] mumble

2009-03-23 Thread greenhunter
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mumble

Release Name: 1.1.8

Notes:
Murmur now uses even less resources, and only starts worker threads for virtual
servers on demand.

Ice now has callback functions, allowing you to create server-side scripts that
react to users authenticating,
moving around etc. It also supports outsourcing authentication, enabling you to
do authorize users from a
third-party database. Additionally, the Ice interface has been fully documented.

You can now use images in the server welcome text and text messages,
using regular HTML tags.

From the server, you can add context menu items to the server, player and
channel menu on the client, enabling
third-party feature extensions. There's a small example included which enables
in-client user registrations.

The windows installer is now fully localized.

Positional audio should now give more natural results, and we support a
lot of additional games.

Log messages can now be shown as notifications using a baloon tip, notify or
Growl. Additionally,
text-to-speech can be replaced with pre-recorded sounds.

You can now bind multiple shortcuts to every function.

The overlay now works on OSX, but is considered experimental.
