In case u meant Preferencesminutes between update refresh value here is set in 100. Anyway i menat about manual refresh CTRL-R and not automatic refresh. A Occasional(in natty) in my case becomes a Permanet block after the upgrade to oneiric and yes i had ticked for home encryption in natty. All workarounds(except maybe for a clean Ubuntu reinstall) i found(like http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1365261) matters a medium experience user certainly not a first time ubuntu user. Yes @Hans Joachim Desserud i still have the problem on lucid When i go to install myself the requested dependencies i get I try to install libwx-perl libwx-perl: Depends: libalien-wxwidgets-perl but it is not going to be installed I try to install libalien-wxwidgets-perl libalien-wxwidgets-perl: Depends: libwxgtk2.8-dev (2.8.11~) but 2.8.12.0-0 is to be installed Seems i have un upgraded release of libwxgtk2.8-dev and libalien- wxwidgets-perl request an earlier release. Thank you Guillaume. I try Empathy in Ubuntu (defults ubuntu im client is pidgin but i don't use it. Insread i always have used psi also in Windows but with new jaunty psi is a little problematic(notification problems) almost right now) because i see (i'm newbie) that is the Gnome official im client. I find that Empathy is a clear-simple (from users point of view) client. That's good but maybe still now is too simple: i mean for example with psi i can browse jabber-server services subscribe in transports ecc. Empathy (AIK) permit only to add in rooms. Anyway i thing is i time only problem for Empathy so take it high ;-) Greetings PS: If i'm not wrong multiprotocol support in Empathy is based on pidgin right? Lastly i must close and restart rythmbox. It's here a command that enables log meanwhile that strange thing happens?(i won't make log meanwhile rythm works fine but only when strange thins happens). Thanks Now i send a log (notice that in the particular instance the problem start at 17:54:34 till 17:56:35 then i close player. I thing 2min it's enough) on a good causal candidate(Chris Pureka have only 2 songs available ). I have still noticed that rhytm start looping when an artist (in that case Chris Pureka with only 2 songs) has finisced their songs(almost in free last.fm one can't hear the same artist infinitely or when he want.
