Yes, I got same issue with ubuntu 11.10, kernel 3.0 and up.. i have tried up to kernel 3.2Xxx not work for MSi x 370 with amd E350 process or. ohh.yes. it is something with the hardware. I tried to clean install with the same procedure, and no errors.
