[Bug 1310856] [NEW] Installer crashed while preparing disk for encrypted partition

Public bug reported:

I already prepared 256MB sda1 with no problems.  Proceed to prepare the
remaining disk space for physical volume for encryption.  The installer
has no option to further create logical volumes so I have to revert.
This leaves the physical volume free. I started creating 12GB for /, 6GB
for /home and the remaining for swap.  Yes, I was trying to include a
swap on an encrypted partition when it crashed.  Please note that this
was all done inside VMWare Workstation 9.
