Have the same issue. Fresh install of Ubuntu 24.04. Happening, at least, with Xorg. NVIDIA Driver Version: 535.171.04 Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Can give more information if useful. Keyring pasword is not asked only with wifi encripted conextion. Using Ubuntu One happens the same. It's happens when auto-login is activated and the system needs a password activated in the keyring.
