Public bug reported:
Since I updated to version 31, I have been unable to send email. It
doesn't matter if I use ctrl+enter, clicking send button in conversation
view, or if I open the email thread in a new tab. Unable to open my
reply in a new window to edit and send there.
I'm running Ubuntu 14.04, kernel 3.8.0-44-generic
