[Bug 969359] Re: [keyboard]: gnome-settings-daemon consumes 100% cpu (and blinking numlock)

2012-11-02 Thread mauros
Upgraded to 12.10 with gnome-shell and the same problem appears. The
issue occurs randomly without being able to understand what triggers it.
The proposed fix in #120 didn' work for me.

2012-10-29 Thread mauros
The proposed workround in #120 did not work for me. This bug is really
annoying - every time it happens it locks up the pc. I am running Ubuntu
desktop 12.04.1 x64.

[Bug 763370] Re: xorg memory leak

2011-06-23 Thread mauros
I am using 11.04 x64 without unity and without compiz. At some point
xorg was using 4Gb of RAM!

[Bug 727143] Re: unity-window-decorator crashes with SIGSEGV when closing Java windows

2011-06-13 Thread mauros
Please change the priority to urgent / high. This makes unity unusable
for Java developers.

[Bug 727143] Re: unity-window-decorator crashes with SIGSEGV when closing Java windows

2011-06-02 Thread mauros
This is the error thrown when title bars disappear:

(unity-window-decorator:2956): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid
uninstantiatable type `(null)' in cast to `GObject'

(unity-window-decorator:2956): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **:
g_object_get_data: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed

It happens consistently with soapui (a java application) when opening
and closing dialog windows.

[Bug 727041] Re: unity-window-decorator crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke()

2011-05-26 Thread mauros
This is happening for me quite often - can't determine the actual steps
to replicate. The interesting thing is that on the workstation that this
bug occurs I have the ATI catalyst driver installed. On my laptop with
the nvidia driver is has never happened.

The above happens with both the Ubuntu and Ubunt Classic themes. In the
Ubuntu (unity) them I also loose the top panel (pixel corruption).

[Bug 491635] Re: cannot remove ecryptfs-utils

2010-02-10 Thread mauros
I would like this bug to be re-opened. I get the same error after installing
ecryptfs-utils and I can't remove it.
I am using x64 Jaunty 9.04. Since installing the package, sometimes I can't
even login after locking my screen - it just hangs.
