[Bug 744795] Re: Unity launcher icons tooltips do not disappear when switching workspaces
Same here. An annoying feature wherein the tag text obscures what I need to see. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/744795 Title: Unity launcher icons tooltips do not disappear when switching workspaces To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/744795/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1366519] Re: Incredibly slow editing of documents when connected to network
Using Libre Office Version: 4.2.8.2 Build ID: 420m0(Build:2) with my local network server mounted, all is well. THEN I unmount my local network server (or it dies for some other reason) and Libre Office will only respond to keyboard or mouse to the extent of being able to change 'highlighting' on the app menu. Trying to edit file data or clicking menu items does nothing File->Exit does not exit; no response from app. (I can 'sudo kill ' and reload app as a remedy.) I have waited for hours to see if the problem persists: it does persist. THEN I mount my local network server and all is well with Libre Office. Clearly LibreOffice apps cannot tolerate disconnects of a local network drive. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1366519 Title: Incredibly slow editing of documents when connected to network To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/df-libreoffice/+bug/1366519/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1582496] Re: GLib-GObject-CRITICAL failures during Ubuntu 16.04 bootup
As of 30 Dec 2016 when I did my latest s/w update I still see the same CRITICAL error messages in syslog, BUT to make a frozen application window close, I now only have to use the Alt-Tab switcher instead of, previously when I had to momentarily press the power-reset button - progress of a sort.
