Your package is kinda old now and I can't get the leases file to work.
 It says:
 Parsing error file /etc/miniupnpd.conf line 33 :
 lease_file=/var/log/upnp.leaeses

Could you build a new package?
 Thx

Well, the lease file is not a feature that is enabled by default so that
shouldn't be a problem to have a package without it.

To enable the lease file, the macro ENABLE_LEASEFILE has to be defined.
It is usually done in the config.h file.
To change the default content of config.h, one should edit genconfig.sh.

I'm in vacation now, and will look at it when I'm back home.

[Bug 500153] Re: transmission is using the wrong upnp device for portforwarding

2010-01-13 Thread miniupnp
Well if the home router is the only UPnP IGD advertising its presence on the
networks, it will be used. If several UPnP IGD are present on the network,
mniupnpc will make a choice depending on which one reports it is online.
If you dont want your network hosts to use the UPnP services of your home
route, you should disable the UPnP service.
UPnP IGD is not designed to work when several routers are present on the same
LAN subnet.
Your network setup is indeed strange.

[Bug 500153] Re: transmission is using the wrong upnp device for portforwarding

2010-01-13 Thread miniupnp
I'm guessing that the port forwarding is indeed working. Isn't it ?
The UPnP redirection is doing this job. There is nothing in the UPnP Spec that
forbid to use a device because it is not the /default/ router.

for some reason uptables-dev is missing libiptc.h. You should try with iptable
sources downloaded from netfilter.org
