[Bug 486421] Re: [Gateway M-6846] suspend/resume failure

2010-04-25 Thread PaulM
No, this issue is not a problem for me anymore. It only happened a
couple of times after upgrading to 9.04 and since then I have not had
any trouble with it.

[Bug 404517] [NEW] No default sorting on shooting date

2009-07-25 Thread PaulM
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: digikam

In digiKam 1.0.0 beta1 photos are not sorted by shooting date by default. You
will have to select all photos and select a different sorting method and then
sort by shooting date again.
I use subfolders in my presentations. When I sort again by shooting date as
described above some photos appear in the wrong subdirectory. The sorting
however is OK then. Strange.

KDE 4.2.96 (KDE 4.3 RC2)
Kubuntu 9.04
Installed: 2:1.0.0~beta1-1ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1

[Bug 399837] Re: no pictures in digikam but still in folders

2009-07-25 Thread PaulM
I also sufffered from this bug in 0.10.0.
I decided to upgrade to digiKam 1.0.0 beta3 and this did the trick: my photos
are back.
There is however another annoying bug in this release: default sorting by date
does not work. I will raise a new bugreport for that.

[Bug 403240] Re: Firefox 3.5 (Shiretoko) crashes when entering non-existing url

2009-07-23 Thread PaulM
Changing the profile indeed resolves the problem. Perhaps the problem is
caused by importing settings from a previous Firefox version?

[Bug 403240] [NEW] Firefox 3.5 (Shiretoko) crashes when entering non-existing url

2009-07-22 Thread PaulM
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubufox

When I enter a url like 'ppp' or 'xxx' or any address not starting with
'http://www' Firefox 3.5 disappears without a warning. So autocompletion
will not work in this release.
