I understand the reasoning, but would prefer a separate icon for each
application so that OoO documents are distinguished from LyX and so on.
Ideal solution would be a way for users to easily change documents for
extension types.

Anyway, just close the bug.

The laptop (HP Pavilion dv3000) goes to sleep when on AC power. The
power management preferences window has been set so that the computer
should not go to sleep when on AC power.

This prevents me from downloading something large while not using the
computer.
