it is probably problem just with some pdf files - not all pdf files do
this. Lot of them are show normally.

What's the next step fort this issue?  I would very much like to be able
to update dotty on my Hardy Ubuntu -- but the version of GraphViz in the
Hardy package manager does not have this fix.
