It seems like the bug hasn't been solved in upstream yet. I've just downloaded and compiled the git tree from Linus and the same problem, and others, happened. Yes, this looks like a duplicate of bug #254668. Is there a way we could apply the patch to the latest jaunty kernel source and recompile it?
