[Bug 1873523] Re: virtualbox guest additions wont install
Was unable to use apport as described above, but was able to use ubuntu-bug, but it seemed to upload the data to a "new" bug on launchpad. I put this number 1873523 in the new bug description Note: when virtualbox-guest-additions fails, it is not a crash apport collect 1873523 returns apport: command not found With systemctl status apport.service i've confirmed that apport is active (exited) tasks(0) The error when attempting virtualbox-guest-additions came in a pop up window which would seemingly allow selection of text, but copy and paste didn't work. I was able to recreate the error and have saved a png image of the message.
