[Bug 365331] Re: Grub error 13: Invalid or unsupported executable format
Never had the problem since i switched to Mint (same kernels), have recently updated from 2.6.31-16 to 2.6.31-17 myself, so it's definitely something to do with the update manager. -- Grub error 13: Invalid or unsupported executable format https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/365331 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 283489] Re: MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC
Same here, Linux 2.6.28-15-generic i686, single user. And everybody seems to be happy with having to use the 'noapic' solution. Meanwhile, Canonical keeps rolling out distros like car models (more power to them), but i wish they would pause to clean up this nasty imperfection-- it's been so long! -- MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/283489 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
Re: [Bug 354338] Re: package clamav-base 0.95+dfsg-2ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
I did try from a source, but then i filed this crash report, removed clamav, and installed clamav-base and all dependencies from Synaptic (marked with the ubuntu circle)--i messed up the works somehow, before, but cannot point out how. Went to recovery mode and everything seems okay, Couldn't you get inside my computer and find out? I guarantee that you shall not find any offensive matter on my computer. [Bug 335567] Re: jockey-backend crashed with IOError: [Errno 19] No such device
Same here Richard. I also did gksudo nvidia-xconfig to check if the driver was actually installed, Nvidia was clearly listed under 'System Device', and though i am glad that nothing actually 'crashed'--isn't everything supposed to go blank when a system crashes? I think i can live with these pseudo crashes. -- jockey-backend crashed with IOError: [Errno 19] No such device https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/335567 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
