Hello!
I tried Knot-3 on my machine with an on-board Promise controller
:00:0d.0 RAID bus controller: Promise Technology, Inc. PDC20579
SATAII 150 IDE Controller
As soon as the Kernel module has been loaded, the Kernel freezes.
After deactivating the controller in BIOS, the installation worked
without any problems.
I tried the activate the controller after the installation, but the
result is the same as booting the Kernel from cd.
