[Bug 1833013] Re: Interactive prompt during non-interactive install
This bug hits me via an automated install of Ansible which brings in libssl as a dependency. There is a functional workaround mentioned here which works for me --> https://github.com/hashicorp/vagrant/issues/10914#issuecomment-503055527 but it is a bit ugly. ** Bug watch added: github.com/hashicorp/vagrant/issues #10914 https://github.com/hashicorp/vagrant/issues/10914 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1833013 Title: Interactive prompt during non-interactive install To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ansible/+bug/1833013/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1771430] Re: Cannot start VM on 18.04, "Error making a connection to libvirt URI"
Have you installed the vagrant-libvirt plugin from the same user? i.e. vagrant plugin install vagrant-libvirt It's only when you do this that you'll be able to drive libvirt VMs AFAIK. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1771430 Title: Cannot start VM on 18.04, "Error making a connection to libvirt URI" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vagrant-libvirt/+bug/1771430/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1301158] Re: nm-applet icon invisible
I am also affected running xfce under Ubuntu 14.04. $ apt-cache policy network-manager network-manager: Installed: 0.9.8.8-0ubuntu7 I have no methods to get it back. When looking at the settings of the notification area plugin on panel 1 in XFCE the Network Manager Applet appears to be running but does not show. Toggling Hidden/Not Hidden has no affect. ** Attachment added: Picture of Notification area settings. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/1301158/+attachment/4091490/+files/notification_area.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1301158 Title: nm-applet icon invisible To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/1301158/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

running sudo nm-applet seems to get it showing in the notification area for me. [Bug 615186] Re: md_d0 array fabricated, prevents mounting md0 partitions
Surbhi, your modified mdadm package alone fixed the bug for me. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU -- this bug has been affecting me for what seems like a few years now. My workaround prior to this was a startup script in rc.local which auto deleted the defunct /dev/md_d0 /dev/md_d1 devices then scanned and assembled available arrays. [Bug 558319] Re: postgresql wont start in Lucid kubuntu
I would like to recant my previous comment it helps to have the proper package installed... postgresql-server is depricated, postgresql-8.4 is the current package; however when you throw the -y flag on aptitude you don't always see the output when it says things like I didn't actually install postgresql for you. [Bug 520118] Re: thunar select freezes after using mouse to select folders (detailed view mode)
I can confirm that downgrading to the version of libgtk that shipped as an upgrade to karmic (vers. libgtk2.0-0_2.18.3-1ubuntu2.2_amd64.deb ) fixes the issue on my Lucid Xubuntu 64 bit install (kernel 2.6.32-19). After downgrading the issue is remedied in pcmanfm but not in thunar but the downgrade breaks functionality in a ton of other packages so this simply confirms in my mind that the problem exists in libgtk. Unfortunately I cannot keep this older package because a ton of other packages depend on the newer version of libgtk in Lucid. -- thunar select freezes after using mouse to select folders (detailed view mode) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/520118 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
