[Bug 951143] Re: [Asus eeepc 1225B] Suspend and hibernate not working
I have just tried the kernel on a live usb (I didn't have the good ubuntu version installed). It starts to suspend, but after one second or so, it wakes up. Then, / is read-only (?). ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/951143 Title: [Asus eeepc 1225B] Suspend and hibernate not working To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/951143/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 951143] [NEW] [Asus eeepc 1225B] Suspend and hibernate not working
Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: - try to enter suspend/hibernate mode Expected result: - The system enters sleep mode and upon pressing the power switch, resumes successfully Actual result: - The system fails to enter sleep mode: the power button stays blue (it should alternate off/blue) - I can't re-launch the computer, I have to force the computer to shutdown (by pressing the power button a few seconds) and reboot. I don't know if I can provide more useful logs, if yes, just tell me and I will post them. It happens in oneiric, and precise with the last updates. [Bug 705461] Re: LibreOffice won't launch from Unity Launcher
Here, the writer/calc launcher work (didn't try the others, bu they should work too). Only the start center doesn't work. But, if I recall correctly, this launcher doesn't appear in the gnome menu by default. So, it should just be disabled. Otherwise, it won't work, since the start center can't be launched twice, at least the open a new window menu will *never* work. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/705461 Title: LibreOffice won't launch from Unity Launcher -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
