External HDMI monitor render 0.5 frames/second when turn off built-in
monitor. Render normally if both build-in and external HDMI monitor are
on.
Blacklisting nouveau fix `0.5 frames/s` problem in Ubuntu 21.04, but

why not use Ubuntu 21.04 ?
Ubuntu 21.04 render incorrectly, for example, if:
1) built-in monitor: scale=125%, resolution=4000x2000
2) external monitor: scale=100%, resulution=2000x1000
Ubuntu 21.10 render correctly.
