2012-10-14 Thread jevgtv
Dear Christopher,

Thank you for your help so far. I will follow the instructions kindly
given by you.

As you can read from my bug report, the problem is connected with Ubuntu
also. I just reported it from LinuxMint 13, because I it was the system
I used in this particular moment.

If you want me to report the bug again, this time from Ubuntu, I can do
it. Howere the information collected was related to my machine, not to
distribution.

In addition, Mint is based on ubuntu, and all the bug-fixes affect
LinuxMint also.

So could you kindly re-open the bag?

Regards,

jevgtv

2012-10-14 Thread Christopher M. Penalver
jevgtv, thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to
help make Ubuntu better. However, DistroRelease: LinuxMint 13 is not a
software package provided by the official Ubuntu repositories. Because
of this the Ubuntu project can not support or fix your particular bug.
Please report this bug to the provider of the software package. Thanks!

If you are interested in learning more about software repositories and
Ubuntu the following pages should be informative:
