Please try the file given there : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/sbackup/+bug/67814/comments/15 Be careful, this version will REMOVE every incomplete backup dir in the backup dir. An incomplete snapshot is a dir named like every snapshot but that doesn't contain a 'ver' file. You might want to move them somewhere else. Please report here if the problem is still reproducible.
