Public bug reported: Binary package hint: cvs
It's the same bug reported in Debian http://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=374843 It supposed to be fixed. But in Ubuntu Edgy using 1:1.12.13-3 it happens.
