Public bug reported: The screen does not lock even though - the "lock" switch is activated in the "brightness and locking" screen - "lock screen after" is set to "screen turns off" - and "ask for my password..." is checked
This problem can be fixed by : - activating manually the lock screen once (ctrl + alt + L) - or typing "nohup gnome-screensaver &" in a terminal so I think the problem is that gnome-screensaver does not start automatically or crashes when it does.
