Public bug reported: Please sync libibmad 1.3.9-1 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)
The version of libibmad currently in Ubuntu is very out of date. If we update libibumad (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libibumad/+bug/1087370) then libibmad should be updated as well, since it currently depends on the old soname for libibumad.
