Thanks for reporting this issue and making Ubuntu better. I can confirm
this behavior on Ubuntu 12.04.
I noticed 12.10 has a newer version of collatinus, and wanted to take a
look at that to see if the issue had been fixed. However, that just
crashed when attempting to run it (see bug 1091680). It installs the
files to /usr/share/collatinus10/, but without being able to run the
program it is hard to say whether that is an improvement or not.
