[Bug 109251] Re: Amarok crashed when selecting 'Do Nothing' for plugged in USB device (Kubuntu 7.04)

2008-03-13 Thread Yuriy Kozlov
A crash and a hang don't quite sound like the same bug.
Can anybody reproduce this on gutsy or hardy?

If you can't get a backtrace from the crash dialog, try running amarok
with `gdb amarokapp`. Type `run` at the prompt, then when it crashes
type `backtrace` and post the output of that.

along the way. Thanks!

[Bug 109251] Re: Amarok crashed when selecting 'Do Nothing' for plugged in USB device (Kubuntu 7.04)

2007-08-02 Thread strabes
This happens to me every time the following occurs: I plug in my thumb
drive or external hard drive to transfer some files. The removable
device dialog pops up in amarok and I don't see it because I keep amarok
on desktop 2. I eject my device. I eventually switch to desktop 2 to
switch music or something, and see the dialog in amarok. I click
Cancel. Amarok hangs and must be killed with xkill.

I don't know which logfiles I should paste the contents of.

I don't think this has anything to do with medibuntu, rejecting and reporting
it against amarok
Cheers
