Feisty is not supported anymore. All, I'm a newcomer to Linux, Ubuntu, command lines and all. I think I'm having a similar problem to the one posted in this thread. I will post what I wrote down from the screen and see if anyone might be able to help. The screen seemed to inform me about different things wrong with the computer? I can't really recall. After that I got this screen, which seems to be like a log in to Ubuntu using the dos-like interface and not the graphical interface I used when booting from the cd. == Starting up... I know I shouldnt, but in this case, I confirmed it since I followed 2 other users with the same problem on IRC.
