Public bug reported: Binary package hint: tomboy
1. Start tomboy 2. Right click its icon in the system tray 3. Observe the "Open Plugins Folder" option You can get the same option by right clicking the system tray icon, selecting preferences, then plugins, then clicking open plugins folder. That seems like an appropriate place for the option. But I don't see why it should be in the menu when right clicking the system tray. It's far from a common action and mostly only of interest to power users, and even to them only rarely. It also seems inconsistent with other apps, like Pidgin, which usually avoid putting preferences tabs suboptions in the list. I don't know whether it violates the HIG, but it certainly looks out of place. ** Affects: tomboy (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Tags: hig tomboy usability ** Description changed: Binary package hint: tomboy - 1.
