The Bug is till Present. Now I know why I thought it isn't during the last Test. The Connections doesn't get Lost if you unplug AC. If you unplug Network and replug it - it doesn't get reconnected... Please test the latest v3.8 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.
