ubi-partman crashed with exit code 141 if:
* image created with ubuntu-defaults-builder, and
* "automatic-ubiquity" is enabled as a boot parameter, and
* a Ubuntu is already installed.
minimal steps to reproduce:
1. create a customized precise image with ubuntu-defaults-builder
- ubuntu-defaults-builder in raring 0.47
- ubuntu-defaults-ja
