Is Feisty going to move to Apache 2.2? I can't find any information on
the intentions on this front, although I do know that doing so will fix
this bug, so I figured it an appropriate place to ask.

So large files are meant to work on 64bit architectures but not 32bit
ones? I just tried to wget the ubuntu dvd from an i386 box and got a 403
forbidden message, and I presume this bug is the cause.
