I've ubuntu 12.04 LTS and i have upgrade to 12.10 first and i have upgrade to 
13.04 later.

The details of the error window are:

The parameters passed to the application were not in a valid format.
Report a bug.

The parameters were:
--transient-for=54525955
gstreamer|1.0|rhythmbox|MPEG-1 Layer 3 (MP3) decoder|decoder-audio/mpeg, 
mpegversion=(int)1, mpegaudioversion=(int)1, layer=(int)3, parsed=(boolean)true

I have notate that i can play a song from internet (magnatune) but not
my mp3 files on disk.

Ubuntu better. We noticed that some of the sentences in this bug report
